ESIC has released the official and detailed notification for the recruitment of Upper Division Clerk or Clerk-Cashier, MTS & Stenographer posts and the candidates can apply online for the 3882 posts from the official website under ESIC Recruitment 2022. ESIC Recruitment Online Application Link
The ESIC online application submission will start on 15th January 2022. The last date for submission of the online application for ESIC Recruitment 2022 is 15th February 2022. How to Apply Online for ESIC Recruitment 2022?
The candidates interested in ESIC vacancies can follow the steps below to apply online for ESIC Recruitment 2022.
- Visit the official website of Employees State Insurance Corporation @esic.nic.in
- Search for the “Recruitment” tab on the home page.
- Under the Recruitment Tab, you will see the notifications for the posts released by ESIC.
- Select the notification for your desired post.
- You will be redirected to the registration page, now you have to fill in the required details there such as Name, Contact details, etc.
- To validate your registration process an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile no., you just have to fill that OTP on the ESIC portal.
- After confirming the registration process, you will be able to fill the application form. Here you have to fill in the required details and have to upload the required documents as well.
- To complete your application process, candidates have to pay their application fees.
- After completing the application process, candidates have to download the application form and take a printout of the application form for the further examination process.

ESIC Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2022
The detailed eligibility criteria for the ESIC Recruitment 2022 for UDC, Steno and MTS posts have been provided below with respect to educational qualification, and age limit.
ESIC Educational Qualification
The candidates applying online for various ESIC vacancies must ensure their eligibility in terms of nationality, age limit, and educational qualification for the posts of UDC, MTS and Steno which has been detailed below.
For ESIC UDC (Upper Division Clerk)
- The candidate should hold a degree from a recognised University or equivalent.
- He/she should have a working knowledge of computers including the use of Office suites and databases.
For ESIC MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff)
The candidates must Matriculation or equivalent pass from a recognized university & board.
For ESIC Stenographer Posts
The candidates should be 12th pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University
Skill Test Norms For Steno posts only:
- Dictation : 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute.
- Transcription: 50 minutes (English), 65 minutes (Hindi) (Only on the computer).

ESIC Recruitment Selection Process
Given below is the selection process under ESIC Recruitment 2021-2022 for the various posts like UDC, MTS and Stenographer.
For ESIC UDC (Upper Division Clerk)
The UDC are to be selected on the basis of the Prelims exam, Mains exam, and the Skill Test under ESIC Recruitment 2021-2022.
For ESIC MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff)
The candidates have to appear for the written test (prelims) and the mains exam for the MTS posts under ESIC recruitment 2022.
For ESIC Stenographer Posts
The candidates for the stenographer posts under ESIC Recruitment 2022 are to be selected through the Mains exam and skill tests.
ESIC Salary Structure
The candidates selected for the posts of UDC, Steno and MTS posts under ESIC Recruitment 2022 will also be eligible for DA, HRA and Transport Allowance and other allowances as per rules in force from time to time, other than ESIC Salary mentioned below.
