Minimum Qualification:
B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics and Communication with M.E./ M. Tech in Electrical/ Energy Systems/ Solar Energy/ Renewable Energy
Minimum Experience required:
1 year
Additional Desired Qualification:
Certificate courses in related field
Additional desired experience and knowledge:
Experience in solar energy/ overall energy sector
Experience in project management
Experience to handle training programs and conduct technical sessions
Skills Required:
Strong technical and analytical aptitude
Strong written and oral communication, excellent presentation skills
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Ability to write proposals
Open to learning and immediately putting it in practice
Should be a team player
Job description:
The candidate should have keen interest in the field of solar energy. The candidate will support in the following activities.
Develop solar laboratories
Develop curriculum for solar PV and solar thermal trainings
Conduct technical sessions in the trainings
Manage a training program
Write research and project proposals
Develop and manage project documentation
Assist in writing and analyzing technical reports
Assist project coordinators with coordination work
Write research papers and publish in reputed journals
Carry out the projects/ tasks assigned by reporting officer with professionalism

Rs. 1,00,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/-
Minimum Qualification:
MBA – Energy Management / Finance (Full time course only) with B.E./ B. Tech in Engineering with minimum of 8 (Eight) years’ work experience in the Solar Power and Infrastructure Projects
Job description:
Project Bidding
Define all activities necessary to acquire project goals and objectives.
Identify resource requirements for project team.
Identify prime risks and limitations within project plan.
Prepare bidding documents
Prepare budget for bidding project
Assist management in understanding bidding parameters, economic analysis, risk management, etc. for decision making of project bidding
Project Management
Monitor progress of project implementation.
Evaluate and determine plan variance from project performance.
Collect and present performance information related to infrastructure projects.
Identify prospective conformance and rigid concerns associated with project initiatives.
Perform with subject matter experts all through organization to gather entire business needs required to attain project goals.
Conduct change throughout project inclusive of schedule, scope and team membership.
Collaborate effectively with infrastructure associates across entire business units along with management.
Identify prime cause of contention or disagreement plus recommend corrections as necessary.
Ensure to capture, prioritize and solve project problems in organized manner.
Anywhere in Gujarat Locations (Willingness to travel as per project requirement in India)
Qualification:
Diploma/ B.E. / B. Tech – Civil Engineering with (Full time Course only)
Experience & Skills required:
Minimum 5 years of experience required after B.E. / B. Tech OR
Minimum 7 years of experience required after Diploma
Fellowship:
Up to a maximum of Rs. 50,000/-
Required Knowledge & Skill:
Installation and commissioning of various on site Construction project execution & Solar plants (preferably)
Preparation of Tender (Contract Specifications) & BoQ
Review of Design Document & Drawing, Structural Design, etc
Familiar with static and dynamic behaviors of structures.
Designing the simulations must have expertise on software like STAAD-PRO, Solid works, etc. and similar simulators and expertise in AutoCAD and related designing tools
Coordination with Stakeholder & execution team at Site
Performing, monitoring, supervising all civil related activities at solar site
Liaison with Customer at site during project phase.
Preparing technical specifications of civil for contract documents of solar power plants or any other civil related activities.
Staying at site and Field visit for site surveys, installation of solar PV systems
Material quality & quantity re-check at site as per design & BOM Maintain civil, mechanical & electrical work quality at site during execution as per SOP
Maintain civil quality work & commissioning checklists
Develop and deliver technical parts of the reports, proposals, and presentations related to project
Awareness and implementation of Quality and Safety actions onsite
Awareness of relevant I.S & International codes
Sound knowledge of Construction Site Investigation, Feasibility & technical Study, Detailed Design Development, Risk Analysis & Management ability, Labor Handling skill, Provide Practical Approach and Creativity in Design Issues, Planning Budget and Equipment & Safety Management, Equipment Purchase, Completing the work within Deadline, to provide Target oriented Results.
Organizing meetings, as required with the client, subcontractors and internal resources to resolve issues and ensure smooth project implementation
Business development activity to get more clients

To work with the clients on an assigned project to identify solutions to business problems and streamlines processes
Experience of working in rooftop and ground mounted solar PV projects
To manage and mentoring the team assigned to the project,in order to execute and complete assigned projects with in the time and scope with the client

Good Communication Skill & excellent writing skill
