Name of the Post : Indian Navy Sailor (MR) –  April 2022 Batch Online Form 2021

Qualification :  Candidates should possess Matriculation

Total Vacancy: 300 approx.

Selection Process for Indian Navy MR : 

The selection will be done on the basis of:

• Written test
• Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

 

Indian Navy MR  PFT 2021

• Qualifying in Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is mandatory for selection.
• PFT will consist of 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes, 20 squats (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Push- ups. Candidates undergoing PFT will do so at their own risk

Age Limit : Candidates should born between 01-04-2002 to 31-05-2005 (Both dates inclusive).

Medical Standards : 

Height: 157 Cms

Minimum Chest Expansion: 5 Cm

5. Fill up the form completely.
6. Before clicking the ‘Submit’ Button make sure all the details are correct, all required documents are scanned in original and uploaded.
