KRISHAK BHARATI COOPERATIVE LIMITED (KRIBHCO), a multi state cooperative organization with its operation on PAN India and international basis, invites application from the Indian Citizen eligible candidates for the Post of Senior Manager (Fire & Safety) in grade ‘F’ in the pay scale of Rs. 93,000/- – 3% – Rs. 2,30,000/- with DA and perks on Basic Pay and other allowances/facilities like CPF, Group Gratuity, Group Life Insurance, Pension, Medical facilities for self and dependent family members and Housing, Conveyance, Computer and Education Loan for children along with proper career growth.
Job Specifications:
- Qualification: Full Time B.E.(Fire) from a recognized University/ College with First class.
- Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of working experience (post-qualification) as on 31st July 2021 in Fire / Fire & Safety Department in a large scale continuously operating process industry like fertilizers, petrochemicals, refinery etc. at supervisory level.
• Knowledge of Engineering, Management and legal aspects related to Fire & Safety is necessary.
• Additional qualifications / experience / knowledge on industrial safety aspects and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS shall be an advantage. - Age Limit: Not more than 42 years as on 31st July 2021.
- No. of Position: One (01) for Hazira, Plant, Surat.
- Department: Fire & Safety.
- Pay Scale: Rs. 93,000/- – 3% – Rs. 2,30,000/- for grade ‘F’ with Industrial DA + Other allowances & benefits.
- Mode of selection: Online Personal Interview through Zoom Platform.
Job Responsibility:
• Senior Manager (Fire & Safety) shall be responsible for leading, organizing, coordinating and monitoring of all fire-management related activities in the plant or nearby area in accordance with the company policies.
• Preparation and compliance of Fire Safety procedures, Permit to work system, Fire Safety Inspections, Fire-Safety Audit, Accident investigations.
• Fire Fighting training and Emergency planning/ preparedness & organizing mock drills.
• Management of Maintenance , procurement and record keeping of Fire protection systems, Fire vehicles, personal protective equipment, portable gas detection instruments and any other responsibility assigned by management.
• The candidate should be physically fit, dynamic and task oriented.
